Germanic

Germanic
   Language group of Northern Europe specific to Germany but with direct links to the languages of Scandinavia (e.g., Old Norse) and English. Germanic peoples include the Ancient Germans, Anglo-Saxons, Icelanders, Danes, Swedes, and Norwegians. Ancient Germanic pagan religion, including practices interpreted as shamanic such as seidr, are being revived and reconstructed by today’s Heathens.
