Wicca

Wicca
A form of Paganism, also known as witchcraft but distinct from the practice of malevolent magic or sorcery. Following its creation as a popularized blend of esotericism with ecstatic practices, a number of Pagan witches have increased the shamanic content of their tradition. Victor Anderson was influential on a number of American traditions of witchcraft (especially “the Feri Faith” or “Faerie Tradition,” but also the development of Huna as a neo-shamanic form of Hawaiian shamanism). In Great Britain, Gordon MacLellan is one of several Wiccans who blend shamanism with environmental education and activism.
